RDCK Strategic Plan

At the December 14, 2023 RDCK Board meeting, the RDCK Board of Directors adopted the 2024-2026 Strategic Plan. The plan includes the vision, mission and values of the organization, as well as outlining all strategic priorities, including:

Organizational excellence;
Manage our assets and service delivery in a fiscally responsible manner;
Reduce operational costs;
Develop relationships and partnerships;
Energy efficiency and environmental responsibility;
Innovate to reduce the impact of waste;
Regional approach to growth; and
Advocacy.
