How to Login or Set Up an Account

Existing Clients

If you have registered for a program or used a recreation centre in the past year, and we have your email address on file, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing your account in the new system.

New Clients

If it has been longer than a year since you registered for a program or used a recreation centre, or if we do not have your email address in our system, you will need to create your new account. 

To help us serve you better, your account should include the following information:

  • Your name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth
  • Add in any health and allergy information that we should be aware of at our facilities
  • Save your credit card information to our encrypted and secure system for easy and fast transactions: Online, in person or over the phone
  • Opt-in to receive important service emails such as program updates, cancellations, facility closures, special events, and other service updates

Logging In

EXISTING CLIENTS: 

  • Enter your email address and password and click on 'Login'.

NEW CLIENTS:

  • Click on the 'Create an Account' link.
  • Fill in the required fields and click on 'Submit'.

Thanks for your patience as we transition over to the new system. 
There might be hiccups with the system, and things might take a few minutes longer at the outset. We may have to request missing information as we create your new client account upon your first purchase, or ask you to go online to create your own account when the application is ready. We thank you for being patient with staff while we learn our new system.
