Request for Quote - Sunshine Bay Regional Park Maintenance
The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is seeking quotes for a contract to supply Park Maintenance Services at Sunshine Bay Regional Park.
Sunshine Bay Regional Park Maintenance Contractor (Contractor) performs a variety of activities related to the maintenance of the fields, irrigation system, beach area, washrooms, concession building and other related park works. The work entails significant physical activity as the Contractor performs year round (including winter) inspection, maintenance and operational tasks. Reporting to the Regional Parks Operations Supervisor (RPOS) and in consultation with the Sunshine Bay Regional Parks Commission (SSBRPC), the Contractor has considerable independence of action in the disposition of routine work matters. The Contractor is to carryout the annual maintenance and project work, monitor park activities and promotion of the parks and trails within Sunshine Bay Regional Park. The Contractor will supply and keep in good working condition all equipment/machinery necessary for completion of park maintenance responsibilities.
The RDCK is seeking Quotes for a Contract to supply the Services herein described on or before March 22, 2021.
Closing Time and Location
Quotes will be accepted until 11:00 (PST), March 22, 2021 at Regional District of Central Kootenay, Box 590, 202 Lakeside Drive, Nelson, BC V1L 5R4.
Intent to Submit
Bidders intending to submit a Quote should provide an email notification to the RDCK Representative. A bidder who does not submit an Intent to Submit email may not be sent any amendments or addenda.
Emailed and faxed Quotes will be accepted. Any Quote received after the Closing Time, or other than in the manner specified, will be considered disqualified and will be returned, unopened, to the Bidder.
